Citrus-Tarragon Chicken Salad Recipes

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped cooked chicken breast meat
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the chicken, celery, green onions, and tarragon together in a large bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, orange zest, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
