Fudge Truffle Cheesecake Recipes
         Ingredients
-                      Chocolate Crumb Crust
 
-                      1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
 
-                      6 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
 
-                      1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 
-                      1/3 cup butter, melted
 
-                       
 
-                      3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
 
-                      1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
 
-                      1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips, melted
 
-                      4 eggs
 
-                      2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 
-                      Melted semi-sweet chocolate (optional)
 
           
                           First Directions
-                      Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Prepare Chocolate Crumb Crust.                 
 
-                      Chocolate Crumb Crust: In medium bowl, combine  vanilla wafer crumbs (about 45 wafers), confectioners' sugar,   cocoa  powder and butter. Press firmly on bottom and 1/2 inch up side of 9-inch   springform pan.                 
 
-                      In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.   Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining  ingredients; mix well.                 
 
-                      Pour into prepared pan.                 
 
-                      Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set.                 
 
-                      Cool. Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
