Vanilla Ice Cream recipe

Materials are in need • 500 cc of fresh milk • 100 grams sugar • 30 grams of cornstarch, dissolved in a little water • 5 egg yolks • ¼ tsp fine salt • ¼ tsp vanilla powder • 3-4 drops of almond essence • 100 g bars of cooking chocolate, roughly chopped / crushed coarse
How to make: 1. Cook milk and sugar to a boil over low heat, put washed cornstarch dissolved water, stirring until smooth and thickened, remove and let cool. 2. Whisk eggs, salt and vanilla until smooth in a big bowl. 3. Insert the milk mixture into beaten eggs, beat again until smooth and soft, enter alomnd essences, cast in molds or place one's way 4. Enter in the freezer for about 3 hours, until the dough is partially frozen 5. Remove and pour into a large bowl, beat with mixer until smooth, put back into the freezer 3 hours, after freezing Mizer remove and shake until smooth, pour into molds, insert it back into the freezer, until it becomes ice cream. 6. Serve ice cream with shaved chocolate 7. enjoy
