Salsa Verde Corn and Bean Salad Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Pace® Salsa Verde
  • 1 large red pepper, diced
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Stir the salsa, pepper, corn, beans, mango and cilantro in a medium bowl. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
