Sausage and Sauerkraut Casserole Recipes
Ingredients

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

1 pound bulk pork sausage

1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes with liquid, cut up

1 cup sauerkraut

1 teaspoon sugar

4 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Meanwhile, brown sausage in a skillet,; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon
drippings. Add tomatoes and sauerkraut to pork and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain macaroni; stir into skillet along with cheese. Spoon into a
greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for
20 minutes.
