Ingredients
- 3 large peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- Orange-Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat or low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
Directions
- Combine fruit and lemon juice. In a small bowl, mix yogurt and concentrate. Put fruit in a large glass bowl or 6 small bowls or parfait glasses. Drizzle sauce over fruit and top with mint.
